As the Senior Director of Enterprise Analytics, Payal oversees the organization's data strategy, ensuring insights drive business decisions. She leads a team, including an AI unit, to develop and implement advanced analytics models and AI solutions. Q: What’s a trend in tech/innovation that you think more people should pay attention to?
One trend to watch is the rise of AI-powered personalization across industries. From tailored healthcare treatments to hyper-personalized marketing and adaptive learning platforms, AI is transforming how businesses and services cater to individual needs for efficiency.
Q: What’s one “moonshot” idea that would help put Ohio on the map as a leading tech hub?
We are currently working on several ‘starship’ ideas that are in the discussion/development phase.
Q: Outside of work, what’s a favorite hobby or activity that you enjoy?
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and traveling to new places.
